Pamela has over 20 years in the mental health field and substance abuse field. Pamela values helping clients and impacting their daily lives. Pamela obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Pamela is currently a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor Assoicate (LCSA-A).
Pamela uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Soultion Focused therapy (SFT), Person Centered Therapy. She enjoys working with adults ages 20+ years old. Her specialties are depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, conduct disorders, relational problems, trauma, drug abuse, emotional disturbance, anger. Pamela is available Monday through Thursday via Telehealth, in the late evenings from 5pm to 7pm.
