Jamie Krockett

PhD., LCMHCA, NCC

I am passionate about creative and collaborative approaches to counseling. I have training in a range of approaches and draw on a holistic, strength-based approach that I customize to meet the unique needs of each client.

I received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2011 and my Doctor of Philosophy degree in Counseling and Counselor Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2014. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC #283515), and am a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA#A9026). I am qualified to provide counseling under the supervision of an appropriately credentialed supervisor. I have additional training in Therapeutic Breathwork and Yoga. I have been counseling clients since January 2010. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling at Wake Forest University and I have been seeing clients part-time at Triad Counseling and Clinical Services, LLC, since July 2014.

In response to the current need for Telehealth services, I am now holding counseling sessions for individual therapy online using secure video conferencing through AnywhereCare.
